Week Seven – Virtual Reality
when doing research for my projects I came across a virtual chatbot by accedo which provides a 3d conversational experience.
looking further into this project made me realise that I could do much more with crimebot. initially I wanted crimebot to be a 3d educational experience where the chat bot would appear on screen as a detective (the user can customise the gender of the detective, the voice…..) that would be helping you to solve the chosen case, the landscape would also be a 360 degree model of the crime scene which you could move about. potentially in the future this could be executed through virtual reality where the user is able to walk through the crime scene and so on.
how is real data used for “feeding” virtual lives?
^^^^ I still don’t quite understand this question however I have found a paper that explained it in further detail. and in terms of my projects I guess the way in which users will be asking questions and so on to solve a case could be collected to change certain aspects of the crimebot VR world.
